Without customizations, we make the goods available for collection by the courier within 24 hours and guarantee shipment within 48 hours.
The shipping of customized goods may require different delivery times, which will be communicated by GB CASOLARO OTTICA SRLS after verifying the specific customization to be made.
ATTENTION!
Before accepting the goods:
a) Check the integrity of the packaging and the number of packages IN FRONT OF THE COURIER ;
b) In the event that the packaging is damaged (creases, breaks, bumps, etc.), SIGN WITH SPECIFIC RESERVATION FOR INSPECTION , indicating the damage on the courier's delivery note (for example "I sign with reservation due to perforated, bent packaging,..." etc.);
c) Only if the courier does not allow you to make a reservation, REJECT THE GOODS ;
d) If, despite the packaging being intact, the material inside is damaged, REPORT THE DAMAGE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE GOODS ;
e) once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered.
Furthermore, GB CASOLARO OTTICA SRLS expressly declines all responsibility for any problems caused by courier transport of the ordered goods. Specifically, GB CASOLARO OTTICA SRLS cannot be held liable for any delays in processing or delivering the order.
Most likely, the tracking code for your package will only be active a few hours before delivery to the address you provided.
If the material stored at the courier's premises is not collected within 3 working days due to repeated failure to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, the order will be automatically cancelled and the Customer will be required to pay any additional shipping costs.
